Cottage Facilities

Ash Tree Cottage is two storey  with reciding ceilings and beams , staircase , Open plan seating & dinning/kitchen  area ,  comprising of 40" Flat Screen Television , DVD , Wi-Fi , Leather suite ( 2  x 2 seater settes)  & pouffee . Oak Table with four chairs , coffee table .


Change over day is Saturday to Saturday.


Kitchen

Neff slide & Hide Fan Oven , Ceramic Hob , Aeg Washer/Dryer , Aeg Dishwasher, Miele Fridge Freezer, Whirlpool Microwave , Delonghi Kettle & Toaster, Iron , Hoove r, Jamie Oliver crockery etc. 


Double Room Bedroom

Ash Tree Cottage sleeps three people , two in a super king size bed  and one in a  single bed , extra bodies , z beds/ blow up beds etc are Prohibited , anyone found doing otherwise will have there holiday terminated with immediate effect and will be asked to leave , NO refund will be given , has you will be in breach of your Terms and Conditions .
