Cottage Facilities

Elm Tree Cottage is single storey and open plan comprising of 40" Flat Screen Television , DVD , Wi-Fi , Leather suite ( chair , 3 seater  )  . Farmhouse pine Table with four chairs , coffee table .


Change over day is Friday to Friday.


Kitchen

Fan Oven, Ceramic Hob, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge with icebox , Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hoover, Jamie Oliver crockery etc. 


Double Room Bedroom

King Size Bed, Two Bedside Cabinets Chest of Draws and a Double Wardrobe, Hair dryer, Wall mounted Lamps.


Twin Room Bedroom

Two single beds a bedside cabinet , chest of draws and a double wardrobe, Hair dryer, Table Lamp .


Bathroom

Bath with shower over it ,WC, Wash Basin, Shaver Point .


Heating

Bio Mass Boiler supplies Heating & Hot Water .


Animals

1 Only Well behaved Dog Welcome.

Elm Tree Cottage sleeps four people in a king size bed and two single beds , extra bodies , z beds/ blow up beds etc are Prohibited , anyone found doing otherwise will have there holiday terminated with immediate effect and will be asked to leave , NO refund will be given , has you will be in breach of your Terms and Conditions .
