Plum Tree Cottage sleeps 2 people and is a Single storey biulding.


Change over day is Friday to Friday.

This Cottage is Adult only .

Breakfast bar with comfortable bar chairs , combined Lounge area is open plan. Single Fan Oven , Integrated Washer/Dryer , Fridge , Freezer & Microwave , Kettle , Toaster , Iron , Jamie Oliver Crockery etc .

37" Flat Screen Television , DVD Player , Wi-Fi , A Corner Sofa with Pouffe , Nest of coffee tables .


Wet room

WC , Wash Basin , Shaver Point and Shower .( Invalidity toilet/shower seat available ) NO hand rails .


Bedroom

Has a Super King Size Bed 6ft , two bedside cabinets , chest of draws and a double wardrobe . Hair dryer .


Animals

1 Only Well behaved Dog Welcome.

We do not accept cats Thank you.


Heating

This cottages heating and hot water is supplied by a Bio Mass Boiler.

Plum Tree Cottage sleeps two people in a super king size bed , extra bodies , z beds/ blow up beds etc are Prohibited , anyone found doing otherwise will have there holiday terminated with immediate effect and will be asked to leave , NO refund will be given , has you will be in breach of your Terms and Conditions .


This cottage has New Camaro Flooring throughout. (2018)
